What a little Gem of a place. We were visiting Beamish with family from Kent and needed somewhere close and we were Not disappointed. Bus stop outside both sides of the road into Le Street then change for Beamish. Rooms clean and tidy with everything we needed. Breakfast was included and what a surprise it was cooked to order so No faults there, evening meals in the bar was More Bistro style than general pub grub so we loved that too. Staff were excellent, friendly, helpful and on hand for anything needed. Big shout out to Olivia, Bryony and Sam you kept everything ticking over despite the rush on Tuesday. Would Not only recommend this place but are already planning on returning ourselves.

Full English breakfast with a choice of cereal, fruit, and juice was perfect, rating a solid 10/10. The evening meal, priced at around £15, was decent. Room cleanliness was impeccable, earning a 10/10, with an excellent bed also scoring 10/10. The bathroom was spotless, rated 10/10, and there was a generous supply of tea, coffee, and biscuits, all rated 10/10. Our initial stay was for three nights but, we extended by one night to watch the semi finals of the football, plus, to enjoy the fabulous breakfast in the morning. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful, (Sam and Calum) always finding time to engage with guests despite their busy schedules.

Lovely place and very handy near the C2C route. Placed our 4 bikes in a safe place. Food was delicious, evening meal plus breakfast. Staff were very attentive and helpful. There was a little mix up regarding payment, stating that I hadn't paid. I'd paid via Booking.com that morning. I showed proof of a email confirmation and proof it had gone out of my bank. However after 20mins we were eventually sorted, and resulted in that I had actually paid. The staff were very apologetic and gave us a free drink for the inconvenience.

The whole vibe of the Inn was amazing so cosy. The room was clean and styled. We had amazing food both evenings and in the morning the breakfast was delicious! The staff were lovely and welcoming and we had some great music each night. A great place to be caught out by the storm. Loved the design and feel of the pub downstairs and can (and did) spend hours with some drinks and good food chatting away.

The room was nice and clean and comfortable. We was checked in by a member of staff called Euan who was very polite and helpful. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening and Euan was our waiter he was very apologetic because we had to wait quite a while for our meal due to problems with the staff but he pre warned us about this before we ordered. He was very professional and helpful.
